United Kingdom store prices are listed in GBP (£ Sterling) and inclusive of VAT.

International store is for all other locations beyond the UK and Europe. Prices are listed in USD (United States $) and you are responsible for local tax rates and import duties arising at the shipping destination, which are not included in the product prices or shipping costs.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.
Payment shall be made only via secure PayPal services. You can pay either by using your PayPal account if you have one already, or by most credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase a product, but may be given the option to create a PayPal account during checkout. Draw does not receive any of your banking or card details. We will use the provided delivery address to ship your products to and we will not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided. Your delivery address and carrier information may be kept for our records and proof of delivery. We will not use or supply this information to any other third parties for any other purposes unless legally required.
Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the product prices. Shipping costs are based on delivery to UK, Europe and International regions, but do not include any import duties or local taxes for International regions (beyond the UK and Europe) that may be incurred.
Products will not be shipped to PO box addresses. Products will only be delivered to a full valid address.
Delivery will be made by a suitable carrier either within the UK, Europe or Internationally. Delivery details will be provided shortly after the time of despatch. We will endeavour to provide you with an up to date accurate delivery date, however this can only be estimated and we will not be held responsible for any late or early deliveries.
Products will be shipped from and within the UK.
Please allow 2-3 working days for deliveries to UK customers.
Please allow 3-7 working days for deliveries to European customers.
Please allow 7-14 working days for deliveries to International customers.
We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) on any unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 28 days of dispatch. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.
Refunds or exchanges will only be made on products once received by Draw Limited. Shipping costs are not refundable on returns unless returning faulty products only (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Refunds and exchanges must be made through our Website only. Contact sales@drawcase.com to arrange returns.
Products must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
If a refund is required, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method, and refunded to the original debit/credit card only.
Draw Limited warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of original purchase. If a defect should arise and a valid claim is received by Draw within the Warranty period, Draw will repair or exchange for a new equivalent product at Draw's discretion.

Draw's limited Warranty applies only to Draw Limited's “drawCase” products. This Warranty does not apply to any non-Draw Limited product. This Warranty excludes without limitation any damage caused to any other products. This Warranty only applies to the product through normal use, wear and tear and does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse. Any alteration, modification or non-intended use of the product will immediately dismiss this Warranty.
Draw Limited is not responsible for any damages, directly, indirectly, incidentally or consequentially (however arising, including negligence) as a result of any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal action, including without limitation any costs of replacing or repairing any property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any data or software in any device used with or stored within any Draw Limited "drawCase" product.
We will not be liable for any loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
By using this Website and purchasing a Draw Limited product you agree to hold us and our affiliates and agents and our and their respective officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
